Not only does Bollywood do the remakes but there are many movies of Aamir Khan that have also been recreated in south Indian languages. Today we are going to tell you the list of 5 films by Aamir Khan that was recreated in other languages.

1. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak

Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak is known as one of the best films of Aamir Khan’s film career. The movie was recreated in Telugu where the south superstar Pawan Kalyan made his debut. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak was released in 1988.
 The remake in Telugu was named ” Ammayi Ikkada Abbaya”. It was released after eight years on 1996.

2. Dil

Dil was released in 1990 featuring Madhuri Dixit and Aamir Khan in lead. Dil was directed by Indra Kumar featuring Anupam Kher and Saeed Jaffri in supporting roles.
The movie was remade in Telugu where Prashant and Divya Bharti acted as the protagonist.
The remake of Dil which was created in 1993 in Telugu was named ‘ Tholi Mudhu’.

3. Raja Hindustani

Raja Hindustani is one of the biggest hits of 1996. It was directed by Dharmesh Darshan, featuring Aamir Khan, and Karisma Kapoor in lead. The movie also featured Suresh Oberoi and Johny Lever in supporting roles.
Raja Hindustani was recreated in two languages, Odia and Kannada. The Odia remake was released in 2005. It was named ” Priya Mo Priya’. The Kannada remake was released three years earlier in 2002, named ” Nanu Naane”. The film featured Upendra and Sakshi in the lead.

4. Ghulam

Ghulam was released in 1998 and was directed by Vikram Bhatt. In the film, Aamir Khan played a role named “Sidhu ” who was loved by the audiences. The movie featured Rani Mukherjee as the heroine.
Later Ghulam was remade by Raj Kapoor in Tamil. It featured Rambha and Arjun in the lead and Raghuvaran, Raadhika and Sharat Saxena in supporting roles. The remake was named “Sudhandhiram” and released in 2000.

5. Sarfarosh

Sarfarosh arrived on the screen in 1999 featuring Aamir Khan, Sonali Bendre, and Naseeruddin Shah in lead roles. The film was recreated in Telugu and Kannada. The Telugu remake was named “Astram” featuring Vishnu Manchu and Anushka Shetty in lead. The Kanna remake was named ” Satyameva Jayate”.
