1. Dekh Bhai Dekh

Dekh Bhai Dekh was one of the most popular shows during the 90s era. The show was loved by audiences of every age group. The first episode of the show was aired on 6 May 1993 on DD Metro. The last episode was telecasted on the 11th of August, 1994. The show got great popularity among the Indian audience. The TV serial featured Shekhar Suman, Sushma Seth, Farida Jalal and Vishal Singh.

2. Tu Tu Main Main

Tu Tu Main Main shows the story of a tussle between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law in the funniest way. In the serial, Reema Lagoo played the role of the mother-in-law and Supriya Pilagonkar played the character of the daughter-in-law. The comedy serial premiered on DD Metro on the July 26th of 1994. Later, it was also telecasted on Star Plus. It was aired from 1996-2000.

3. Flop Show

Flop Show was a clean comedy show without any adult humour. The serial showed the common man’s problem in daily life through comedy. The serial was first aired on the 31st October 1989 on DD National. The show was written and directed by Jaspal Bhatti, who also acted in the serial. Along with Jaspal Bhatti, the show featured Vivek Shouk, Sabita Bhatti, Rajesh Jolly and B.N Sharma.

4. Zubaan Sambhalke

Zubaan Sambhalke was the Hindi Remake of a popular British show, Mind Your Language. Veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor played the lead role in the serial. Two seasons of the show were telecasted. The first season of the show was aired in 1993. The second season was aired on 1998.

5. Shriman Shrimati

Shriman Shrimati was first aired on 1994 on DD National. The last episode of the show was aired on 1997. It featured Reema Lagoo and Archana Puran Singh in lead roles.
